"Puppy Politeness 101" Training

While there are many aspects to dog training, it's never too early to learn the basics. With our Puppy Politeness course that's exactly what we do! 

First, you choose your puppy. After doing so, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with our lead trainer, who will collect the necessary information regarding your personal needs, schedule, and other details to allow us to tailor the program specifically to your lifestyle. 

While your program can be as simple or as complex as you need or desire, the basics included are as follows:

1. Potty Training 

2. Lead (Leash) Work 

3. Kennel Readiness

4. Bite/Chewing Prevention 

5. Socialization

6. Scheduling

This basic training program generally lasts 2 weeks, after which time you will be able to bring your pup home. You will be provided with a detailed breakdown of how your dog has performed in each category. 

We will also analyze your puppy's behavior and demeanor during this time and provide you with valuable information regarding what motivates your new friend. Delivery to your home is available (and encouraged) so that we can help you continue what we started. 

Follow up visits are included, contingent upon the training package you choose, but one is provided free of charge for all Puppy Politeness graduates. However, our training staff is always available via phone, text, or email should you have questions or concerns.

Welcoming a new family member, especially of the four-legged variety, can be a challenge. Even though all of our dogs are from excellent bloodlines and are exactly what you would expect from the Golden Retriever breed, they are still puppies. Allow us to help you make the integration into your life as seamless as possible. 

Training for older dogs is also available.
